As venue owners and previous wedding show exhibitors ourselves, we have been in your literal shoes and know how tough shows like this can be on your body. We hope our FREE lunch during the show will offer you a much needed break and chance to nourish yourself before getting back to the action! 

Get listed! Get found!

We provide a 10'x10' (or bigger) space with a solid colored pipe and drape back wall and half-height side walls. Your booth comes with an 8' banquet table (black linen included), and chairs are available upon request on the day of the event. 

You are welcome to bring your own extra table (just remember to supply your own tablecloth) and additional decor and/or collateral to ensure your business is fully represented! Banners work well when hung on the draped background.

The day before the show opens to the public, vendors will be offered the option to partake in "early load in". During this time, you may enter the exhibition space and set up your exhibitor booth so that it is ready to go the following morning!

Those who choose not to set up the day before the event may set up the morning of but must have their booth finalized and ready for attendee eyes at least 30 min prior to show time.
